  My husband and I had an awesome experience with this store and the manager, Noah Parmelee. We spent a couple days researching starting with Denver Mattress. He didn't seem to mind when we would show up a half an hour before close to try the bed we were interested in again. He gave us time to try and think about it while not being pushy or giving us a sales pitch. When we had visited another mattress store in town we wanted to compare so we came back again. He honestly discussed the differences we saw between mattresses and he really seemed to want to help us make the best choice. I can say that part of my choice of buying with Denver Mattress was due to the awesome customer service and honesty coming from Noah. He put up with us coming back 3 nights in a row with the final night helping us make our purchase. We even had decided to upgrade our mattress protector because we wanted to make sure we had one before the bed arrived. We ended up not liking the upgraded cool version and they refunded us and gave us the normal mattress protector which has worked out! I'd definitely buy with them again and have already suggested to a co-worker and it sounds like she went to the Fort Collins store and had just as great of an experience as we did!
